Spoilt myself last Sunday with some seafood for dinner. I was feeling envious of Chris who was at a football tailgate party where they were serving whole lobsters & the works! So poor me…I had to satisfy my seafood craving with these pre-frozen Chesapeake Bay crab stuffed mushrooms

I baked them in the oven for half an hour, then paired it with a side of corn and cheesy broccoli rice (another splurge). The mushrooms were pretty good. I was good and did not brush butter or mayo over them like the instructions suggested!

Still, I would’ve preferred a big red lobster!
